| Your accommodation is offered subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not accept our offer of accommodation.
Accommodation offered and not acknowledged within three days will be automatically cancelled and the offer will lapse. All accommodation must be paid in full in advance of arrival after receipt of our confirmation. If you book accommodation for more that one month in advance you must pay a 25% deposit of the total cost of the accommodation or the cost payable for the first 4 weeks of the stay which ever is the greater amount. The balance must be paid 2 weeks before your arrival. All accommodation is booked on a per person basis and not on a per room basis. You are not permitted to have extra people not specified on your booking form staying in your room. Please note that there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures or interrupted stays except by prior arrangement with us. If you have not let the Agency or your Host Family know the time of your arrival if you are not arriving between 5.30 and 8.00 pm we cannot be responsible if the family is not there to greet you. If you are a students staying longer than two months you must give a minimum of one week's notice to your host family before departure if departing earlier than you advised us. Please note you will be liable for payment for seven days after notice has been given. All details of accommodation are prepared by Host & Guest Service Limited in good faith and are based on the information provided to us by you and by our host families. We cannot accept liability for disputes or claims arising between you and the host family. If you have problems with your accommodation you must notify us during your stay. Refunds will not be agreed otherwise after you have left. If you pay by Bank transfer you must add £10.00 to the total amount on our offer to cover bank charges and send a copy of the bank transfer to Host & Guest Service Cancellations of confirmed bookings more than 8 days before the first night of the stay will be 75% refunded. Cancellations of confirmed booking of between 8 and more than 2 days before the first night of the stay will be 50% refunded. There will be no refund for any cancellation received less than 2 days before the first night of the stay.
